We offer live online classes, exam prep, Islamic education, and human-first concierge services. All services are delivered online unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. SERVICE DELIVERY
Delivery depends on instructor/agent availability and user cooperation. Users must ensure a stable internet connection, proper device setup, and timely participation.
4. SESSION MANAGEMENT
Sessions have fixed durations and start at scheduled times. Late joining does not extend the session. Missed sessions may be marked as completed.
5. ASSIGNMENT
Orvone assigns instructors or agents based on expertise and availability. We reserve the right to adjust assignments to maintain high service quality.
6. QUALITY & LIMITATIONS
We strive for excellence, but outcomes depend on user effort. Academic results are not guaranteed. We do not provide physical-presence services remotely.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate info, attend on time, follow platform rules, and communicate respectfully. Failure to comply may affect service delivery.
8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Users are responsible for their device, internet, and app/browser updates. Orvone is not liable for disruptions caused by user-side technical issues.
9. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Services may be affected by technical outages or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services or reschedule where applicable.
10. MODIFICATIONS
Orvone reserves the right to modify service structure, update features, or improve platform functionality. Users will be notified of significant changes.
11. COMPLIANCE
Users must use services lawfully and respectfully. Misuse may result in service restrictions or account suspension/termination.
