Cancellation Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
At Orvone Teaching and Orvone, we understand that schedules may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for cancelling classes, sessions, or services.
2. GENERAL RULE
All bookings are time-based and reserved in advance. Once a session is scheduled, the time slot is allocated exclusively for the user.
3. STUDENT CANCELLATIONS
Sessions may be cancelled only if requested before the scheduled time. Cancellations made close to or after the start time may be treated as missed sessions and marked as completed.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no cancellation or refund will apply.
5. ORVONE CANCELLATIONS
Orvone may cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, users will be offered rescheduling, a replacement session, or a refund.
6. RESCHEDULING
Users are encouraged to reschedule instead of cancel. Rescheduling is subject to advance notice and availability. Repeated last-minute changes may be restricted.
7. PROGRAM-BASED SERVICES
For bundled programs or packages, individual sessions may not be cancellable separately; program-specific rules may override general terms.
8. NON-CANCELLABLE CASES
Cancellations are not allowed for completed sessions, sessions in progress, or missed classes (no-shows).
9. REQUEST PROCESS
To request a cancellation, email info.orvone@gmail.com or use in-app support with the student name and session details.
10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Orvone reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests and apply policy rules based on fairness and service integrity.
