1. INTRODUCTION

At Orvone Teaching and Orvone, we aim to provide high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling may be allowed.

2. GENERAL POLICY

All services are prepaid. Once a service is booked or a session scheduled, it is considered reserved. Refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined here.

3. TEACHING SERVICES

Completed sessions are non-refundable. If a student misses a scheduled class or joins late, no refund or extension will be issued.

4. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Sessions may be rescheduled if requested in advance, subject to instructor availability and program rules. Last-minute requests may be declined.

5. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are considered for: Services not delivered by Orvone, major verified service failures, or duplicate payments.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

No refunds for completed sessions, missed classes, change of mind, dissatisfaction without valid service issue, or user-side technical problems.

7. REFUND PROCESS

All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue via email (info.orvone@gmail.com) or in-app support for careful review.

8. METHOD & TIMELINE

Approved refunds take 5–14 business days to process through the original payment method, depending on the provider.

9. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Orvone may offer partial refunds or provide class credits/rescheduled sessions instead of monetary refunds at its discretion.

10. FINAL DECISION

All refund requests are subject to review. Orvone reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
